We have a diabetic dog. These store right in our small slim upper cabinet and so easy to drop the syringe into and yet keep up and away fromChildren. Just a little tip, I do tape our sliding top back until it filled up because I accidentally shut it and there’s no opening back up! So that definitely is a safety feature for sure! The quality is very sturdy and holds a bizillon syringes. Best value for the money.

I live alone so the large opening until I am ready to close permanently is not a problem for me. But I would not recommend if you have pets or small children.
