I don't know who inspector "W2" is but I feel like they are not doing a very good job. The "T8" wrench was more dowel then wrench. Mine did have something resembling bits installed. The tool itself does look OK. I will update my review after it cuts some chips with it.

Perched the 3/4†60 degree Dovetail bit used it about 5 times on each side now need to replace the inserts but now there not available on Amazon, guess it’s just a throw away bit. Did cut decent for what it’s worth.

This was my first adventure with index tooling on the mill. I am happy with the performance of this tool. Following recommend speeds and feeds results in a very clean finish. Pictures are of AXA tool holders being shop-built. I cut a center trough in the dovetail with a roughing mill a few thousands under where the dovetail cutter depth should be and it was smooth sailing.
