Love these are wooden, stand up easily. Some of the pins did have scratches on them but I didn’t mind. Love you can bowl and also do ring toss , essentially 2 games!

Any activity that my kiddo shows interest in & allows for me to also play is always a good thing (my kiddo has ASD so some activities are just not well tolerated). Figured this bowling set would be the perfect activity and it was, to an extent. When the set first arrived it was all sealed, unopened, all pieces accounted for. Both the pins & balls are made from a solid, thick wood that is extremely durable and the balls have absolutely been launched across the room a few times. The balls are so dense that I could easily see them causing destruction if they come into contact with glass or someone’s leg because they are hard like a rock. Rings feel like a harder plastic, you get 6 total with 3 different colors (2 rings of each color). For the pins I like the use of the primary colors and them being more so toned down versus super bright, my only complaint is with the yellow pin because you barely make out the white text with the number. I knew beforehand the pins were going to be a bit 6inches but when you’re trying to get toss those rings it is difficult to make it from a reasonable distance without some skill. My kiddo ended up standing over the rings and dropping them…I basically did the same thing I missed the pin I don’t know how many times. For the actual motion of “bowling†these balls can fit in my hand to the point I can wrap my fingers around them (my hands are small). My kiddo basically stands back maybe 1ft from the pins at the most and just launches those balls and they knock hard to the point that you hear them hitting. So far both the pins & balls have held up, how long that will last I do not know. Overall it’s a fun game and provides a lot of laughs. Would only suggest for the pins to be taller for the sake of the ring toss.

We got this for our 1.5 year old and it’s just too small for him. Definitely not a typical kid size set. I love the durability and the weight of the pins and balls. We will just have to hold off playing this with him, which is disappointing.

Got this for my 1 yr old granddaughter for Christmas so will have to update the review after use but the pins, rings and balls seem sturdy and are colorful. Should be a lot of fun.
