I’ve used similar items before. I got this one because it covered a bigger area and works great. The adhesive included wasn’t great so I had to add caulk all around. That’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Although pretty straightforward to setup, the paste or caulk like paste is so small and hard to get out without making a mess. If you have your own caulk that is actually more heavy duty consistency, then use that. Otherwise, it was easy to place. Also, the paste does take time to dry so wait more than the time it is written.

I caulked the edges in addition to using the adhesive provided. It works great. My bathroom floor now stays dry!

The sealant that came with the product was hard and not useable. It was obviously too old and probably sitting on a shelf somewhere for way too long
