The galvanized fenders arrived within 4 days here in San Diego in a single box. The welder at North Star Propellers did an excellent job of welding them to the trailer axle support using 4" steel C channel, which acts as a step in front of and behind the fenders. I sprayed it with Rustoleum cold galvanize and later put beads of DAP Kevlar caulk over the welded "vees" where the fenders meet the C channel, since that is a common spot for fender welds to rust.
