Rebuilding our 2004 Jeep with all new springs, shocks, struts and front end parts and brakes so these are essential. Sturdy and well made, we expect these to last a long time. Same quality as from the parts store but a better price here on Amazon.

Seem to be durable. New parts should include mounting hardware...these do not

The hardest part was getting the old ones off due to rust. Let them soak & used a breaker bar. One note about the install on my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The front ones don't come with the bolts for the bottom, which I find weird since the original shocks had them tacked in and couldn't be reused. On the back shocks, make sure you keep track of the original top/bottom bolts. One has a taper and is a little shorter (bottom I believe). If you switch them around, you'll get a clunking noise on every bump. Also, make sure you crank them down too otherwise you'll get that clunk as well (that was actually my issue with the noise). The top housing had a little space when the shock was in place, so I hammered it in to fit a little more snug around the shock fitting.Only had them on for a few days, but the ride is so much better now. I'll post back if any issues in the future.
