In 1928, at the age of twenty-two, Peter Beilenson began printing books on a small press in the basement of his parents’ home in Larchmont, New York. Peter and later, his wife, Edna sought to create fine books that sold at prices even a pauper could afford.

Excellent quality and looks lovely. This is the third bookmark I’ve bought by this company. Two of these for gifts and a different design for myself.Comes nicely packaged in its own plastic protective cover. Such a nice add-on item for a great price when giving a book to someone or if you would like to send a motivational quote to inspire someone.The only thing I would suggest is be aware they’re a little wider than many other standard bookmarks, which is a plus for some readers/books and perhaps a little less desirable for other sized books.Plan to select another one of these bookmarks for another gift to a reader.
