Did not fit... I'm a 36 waist and ordered a 40. Should have ordered a 42 or 44 . They were also like capris and Did not like the cheap flea market material. Ended buying a good quality pair of walmart Jean's and making my own shorts. Under 20 bucks

They are sewn together well. Were a good fit, looked great. The zipper teeth broke off at one point after only 2 weeks. I can sew in a new zipper myself, so no great loss. Wish it was a bit stronger material as regular jeans. Other wise it was a good purchase.

I always order 34 inch waist in all products. I ordered these shorts in 34 waist and they were likely 32 inch waist or smaller. Returned them and ordered next size up (36), only to find when they arrived, they were definitely 36. I like the shorts, but have to try and shrink them to fit properly. Too bad!!!
