This shopping cart cover is made of extremely thin material. The design is cute and the pouch makes it easy to carry. It fits well inside standard shopping carts, but much too small for club carts (i.e. Sam's, Costco, etc.). If this product had not been so cheap, I would have probably returned it for something more padded.

Best thing about it are the cute little toy attachments. It doesn't fit properly over any cart and doesn't have wholes through it for seatbelt to buckle the child in.

While this seat cover is super cute and easily storable it doesn’t fit most carts like targets. It doesn’t have holes for the seat belt. The picture shows the three teething toys hanging from the little loops but there’s no way for them to fit how the picture shows the little ties aren’t nearly long enough to tie cover onto cart either so it slips a lot
