Very easy to assemble. Good suction. A little surprised that the plug is not a grounded one but other than that seems like a good unit.

My husband is love with this machine! He's cleaning up everything. He loves how powerful it is and that it even tries to pick up the carpet. The floor has never looked better!

I purchased a 14 Gallon 6.5HP Shop-Vac thru Amazon for $250 in April 2023, in June the motor died. I contacted Shop-Vac via their form online. I heard nothing back. Beginning of August 2023 I emailed customer support via Shop-Vac's website. I got a return reply stating all returns are handled with Amazon as these items are sent directly from China from the parent company to Amazon and it has a 1 year warranty. When I contacted Amazon I was told to contact the manufacturer and they sent me a link via text the gives me the number for Shop-Vac. It's a cycle of blame. Shop-Vac won't stant behind its product that are sold on Amazon and Amazon only gives you a 30 Warranty which Shop-Vac support said it was a year if purchased on Amazon. So, I writing my loss as a warning to anyone of thinking of purchasing any Shop-Vac item via Amazon please DON'T. If you're a Shop-Vac fan please go to a local retailer or Shop-Vac's website direct to get a complete warrantied product. I have chosen another brand as I don't have faith in a company that won't stand behind its products. It's not like I purchased this item second hand. Amazon is a major retailer. This is first time in my many years on Amazon that they haven't resolved an issue with an item.- Ben B.

The power is so strong the hose kinks. It needs a stronger hose.

It sucks, which is why I bought it. One more H.P. does make the difference over my old Shop Vac that is showing its age.

It's perfect but the only part that I need is the 4inch wide suction tip, other than that it great power ðŸ‘ðŸ½ðŸ‘ŒðŸ½

The box arrived missing a part. The manual says to contact Shopvac directly for a replacement. It has been nearly 2 weeks and have not heard back from them. They only have an online service request form and an email address. ALL phone numbers for Shopvac are simply a recording to send an email.What does it take? Have tried contacting online now 4 times. Silence
