Just installed these on the front of 2011 Tahoe 4wd. Installation took about 20 minutes per side nothing out of the ordinary. After taking a quick test drive, I am very happy with the overall handling and shock damping for the money. I prefer a bit of a firmer ride and I often tow a boat. Others may not like a firmer ride. To me, I do not feel this brand is "harsh" or "too firm". Keep in mind that if one is riding on worn out shocks/struts they may feel that upon replacement, any brand may feel "too firm'. Also, keep in mind that road and driving comfort is not only a function of your shocks but also highly dependent upon tire quality and overall profile (sidewall height). So, for me I believe anyone would find these at a minimum, "satisfactory" on a pickup or full size SUV. Especially for the price. Your front end ride height will be about 1.5 inches higher and for me that was another plus in not having to install the lower shock mount spacer. So I get the overall "leveled" look without the extra work. Be advised that a below negative review says that the lower mounts (tabs/ears) were bent. This reviewer has obviously not replaced many shocks. The ears are angled so that they will fit at the correct angle in/into the lower control arm indent. If you installed the shocks wrong or backwards (which you really can't because the top mount studs can only go one way on each side) the angle would be reversed. They probably should have use the one shown on the other side. Mine bolted up in literally 20 min per side and I was taking my time. Not sure what their problem was.

Fantastic shocks everything went great install very easily rides comfortable price was fantastic the only problem with shipping and I fully understand it was on Amazon side and not the store I fully recommend purchasing from this seller very easy to add your car and verify the shocks will fit.

The shock does not absorb any bumps. They are too hard.

Liked the fact the struts came with all mounting hardware!After install the ride was considerably improved.Body height was increased by approximately 2†at first and settled to 1-1/2â€.Perfect for my 2012 Yukon as it had settled a bit over the years.I would definitely recommend these strut assemblies as a replacement set.

These struts are solidly built and fit my old Avalanche like a glove. The truck rides better than it has in a long time.
