These paint sticks are truly the best. I’m an infant and toddler teacher and got these for my class. Young children don’t always have the fine motor strength to use enough pressure to get the color out of crayons that older children do and sometimes markers can be hard to clean. Wet paint is good to use but is always messy and many young children just want to put it in their mouths. These paint sticks were so easy to use, quick to dry, so creamy, and the colors were so bright and amazing. It really looked like paint once it was dry. You could layer the paints without blending and it felt so satisfying to use. I wish they made these in thinner sticks to make more detailed art for older children. My own kids (4 & 2) also loved these. They spent more time making art with these than other crayons or markers. These are way better than gel crayons which don’t always dry and often transfer colors to other things if the paper rubs against another material long after being used. The cleanup is so easy. They wash right off of hands and tabletops. I haven’t tried washing out of fabrics yet but it seems like it will come out with ease. I love these and will always keep a set on hand.

We used these for a window painting project. The metallics and neons didn’t show up that well but the other colors were bright and really stick to the windows. No messy, drippy paint, very easy clean-up.

I purchased these to replace an Ooly set we'd lost many markers from and found them good value for the price. I would say these are about 90% the quality of the more expensive Ooly set. These are a little less supple and sheer than the Oolys but overall good value. The colors are equivalent to the Ooly set and size of the markers is the same, which is perfect for preschoolers' hands. My 3 year old son really enjoys drawing with these paint sticks. I appreciate that these are washable and dry quickly on paper, so the mess-making factor is low. My son is proud of his creations! I would repurchase these if we need a refill again.

I do a lot of sketching at home, out and about. You can toss a few of these into your sketching bag. They dry quickly. Zero Mess. You can paint over them with acrylic easily. They don't really blend, but again, good base and easy to work on. Marketed to kids, many of my adult sketching friends love these.

I ordered the set only because I saw some videos seeing artists using paint stick and felt I wanted to try myself. But didn't have the time to try them for a while cause I was trying so many other mediums. But then I opened it yesterday and gee!!! they are just amazing. Why?first of all they made my Inner Kid take over the whole project and reconnect with me!second they don't make any mess!third they dry so fast that you can draw over dry coats and make more layers which is fantastic.fourth there are so many beautiful vibrant colours that give you the chance to draw different shades.I highly recommend buying them and will definitely buy more in the future.Thank you so much!

Good for sketchbook play, they dry matt, like painting with lipstick you can layer them and get visual mixing. Very nice would recommend to anyone.

Me encanta, era justo lo que esperaba y más. Realmente no mancha nada y queda seco en el papel permitiendo asà usar otros materiales encima. Los colores son muy vivos.Personalmente habrÃa preferido más variedad de colores en vez de los metalizados, como por ejemplo más verdes y algún ocre, mostaza, gris...El empaquetado del producto en si me parece poco práctico para sacarlo y usarlo, los he puesto en bandejas para que sea más cómodo.
