This is a DIRECT FIT for my Eufy G32 Pro. NOTE: This model is NOT listed in the product description here. However, I went to the manufacturer web site and they listed my model along side the models listed on this page, so I went ahead and ordered it. ALSO NOTE: This product is NOT for the faint of heart! It is MAJOR SURGERY to install this product in your robovac. (See photos included with this review) However, also note that the manufacturer's web site has a video that gives step-by-step instructions on exactly how to perform this task. Amazon does not allow posting non-Amazon links, so I cannot post it here, you will simply have to look it up. Sorry...Anyway, the part fits perfectly. It is only a couple dollars less expensive than the part available on the manufacturer's site. However, with Amazon, I got free shipping and 2 day delivery. The manufacturer was giving me a price of $17.99 just for shipping, with a delivery date nearly 3 weeks away! So this turned out to be a WAY better solution.Amazon also has gear sets available if you want to just replace the stripped plastic gears. (Again, see photos) I ordered this complete motor assembly this time, but I have no doubt this is going to happen again. So my plan is to order a gear set to rebuild the old motor/gearbox assembly and keep it as a spare. My machine runs every day. I absolutely love the way it keeps my floors clean. So minimizing downtime is important to me. Metal gears in the gearbox would be another real good solution, but that could likely cause motor damage and/or overloading of the circuit in the event that the brushes got stopped. (I believe my issue was caused by the brushes getting caught up on the edge of a small area rug.) When this happens, it is better for the gears to strip in order to prevent circuit overloading and damage to the motherboard.Anyway, the bottom line is that this was an excellent solution to get my robovac functioning properly in a very reasonable time frame for a reasonable price! But I do not recommend this product for someone who is not "mechanically inclined".

Bit complicated to replace in Eufi, but this part fit 98% and works 100%.

Instalation is a little tricky for a beginner, but do-able. Used a youtube tutorial. Vacuum is running quietly and brus spins beautifully.

I bought a refurbished unit from another vendor and it came with a bad right side motor, this replaced that bad motor, repairs took approx 30 minutes from start to finish, you've gotta be decent and taking things apart and using your hands to do the work, the other vendor even reimbursed me the cost of this motor once provided with proof of purchase.

One of the side motors in our Eufy went bad, barely spinning, and feeling much different than our good one. I bought this and did the replacement, and now both side spinners work.

The part was just what I needed. If you’re handy with basic tools and YouTube it’s a pretty straightforward installation. I am very pleased with the quality of this part.

I took apart my eufy 11s max multiple times trying to figure out the noises it was making. and why side brush wouldn't spin correctly. After watching some fix it videos, determined the teeth on the gear had stripped. Sure enough after dismantling again, that was the issue. Replaced motor easily, no more noise! Then it started making noise again....thought the new motor was a bust. Nope! The second one had gone. Bought a duplicate and replaced it too. Works great! $40 invested prevented having to trash the whole thing.
