There’s nothing like this system, perfect firmness, heavier than you’d anticipate. This has changed my sleep life completely!! Though this wedge-pillow set is advertised for help with reflux, I bought it for the arm tunnel. I found as i get older, I roll my shoulders forward more and more as I sleep, causing a lot of pain and position changes at night. I had not slept well in years. I new I needed to take the pressure off my bottom shoulder. I tried to "create" an arm tunnel with a stack of pillows, but it never worked. I tried this wedge pillow and slept almost all the way through the night on the first day of use!!! Amazing! And the foam "tube" it comes with allows my knees to separate more, increase the comfort for my back. The foam is of super quality and density and the cases unzip for washing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! This is a must have for side sleepers!

I had high hopes for this pillow, but I could not use it. It is very hot to sleep with and the material was not comfortable.

I love this pillow but it could be better, if the arm hole was attached at the sides and not the middle it would be great. Or, perhaps if this was a 3-piece set instead of 2 when the wedge and upper pillow were attached with Velcro straps like the U shaped pillow is.

Got this pillow to hopefully help with my neck and shoulder pain. Have only been using for a few days and it has already made a big difference! My husband has even tried it and now he wants one! Great for side sleepers.

This pillow works great! The place for your arm is great. No more shoulder pain or waking up with my arm and hand asleep. Also love the elevation. Great all around for side sleepers. I have also slept on my stomach using this pillow and it works perfect!

I love this side sleeper pillow! The unique design with the arm hole is incredibly comfortable and allows me to sleep on my side without straining my shoulder or neck. It offers great support and molds perfectly to my head and neck, helping to alleviate pain. It's large enough to provide excellent support for side sleeping, yet soft and breathable. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my sleep quality and comfort. If you’re a side sleeper dealing with neck or shoulder pain, this pillow is definitely worth trying!
