I had a Cutler Hammer QO box that needed larger and more ground lugs. These are easy to install. A few had a slightly larger side on them which didn't fit well in the holes, but I ground them down with a file to make them fit better. Now, my ground wires fit tight to the ground bar.

I used this to connect #2 ground wire to common bar in my Siemens main panel when I connected a 100 amp sub panel. Did the job.
