I ordered the dining set based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately, my first attempt was a failure. It was shipped from Missouri during their snowstorm, and I never received the product. I was promptly refunded the money.Despite the setback, I was determined to get the set. I decided to make a second attempt and it was shipped from New Jersey. This time, the delivery was successful.The delivery guys handled the heavy box with great care. There were some torn corners, but when I opened the box and inspected the products, I was relieved to see that they were intact. There were no stretches or dents.Here are some pros and cons of my experience:Pros:- The instructions were easy to follow.- Each screw set was packaged nicely per chair.- It took me about 2 hours to assemble the set without any help from my husband.Cons:- One out of the four screws for each seat didn’t fit, but it was still manageable.-The box was extremely heavy. Wished it was out in two boxes instead.Overall, it worked out and very satisfied.

I have mixed feelings about this dining set. The price-to-quality ratio is very good, but there are three reasons why I couldn't recommend this furniture to people who don't have basic furniture assembly skills or manual dexterity.First, although the packaging is excellent, it does not come with instructions; I had to search for and download them from their website in PDF format and read them (by the way, they are very brief, not intuitive, and extremely concise).Second, in the final step (screwing in the chair seats), it turns out they don't have pre-drilled holes; I had to use my drill to accomplish this step, and not everyone will have a drill at home or know how to use it.Third and finally, 2 out of the 6 chairs ended up being uneven; the instructions do not specify how to correct this calibration issue in their manufacturing process, and it took me a lot of time and effort to identify the problem and learn how to fix it.I finished the assembly in about 4 hours, during which I considered packing everything back in the box and returning it.The final result was quite good, with adequate material quality, good presentation, and the right weight and size. I'm happy with the final outcome, but I couldn't recommend it, for example, to a family member or friend unless they are skilled in DIY.

Absolutely love my table an the quality! Very easy to put together if you have screw gun which makes it go together really fast. The hardest part was taking the hardware out it of the packages 😆

I have never had an assembly as easy as this one. You will need to assemble the chairs and table or pay someone to to do it for you when you order. The instructions were simple with great diagrams. An Allen wrench was included. You will need a Philipp's head screwdriver. The table and chairs are made of REAL wood, NOT compressed particle board. The braces everywhere on the chairs and table to prevent any wobbling were excellent and solid and plentiful. The bolts that connected the pieces were heavy duty and solid. The cushions for the chairs were of a tight quality material. It all came in one big box with all materials well protected inside for shipping. The bolts and screws were plastic wrapped each in its own package labeled for each chair and the table so you wouldn't get the hardware mixed up. This product was made in Vietnam. You can bet I will be buying more products from Vietnam if this is an example of the products there!!

So easy to out together. It took me about 2.5 hours alone to do so. So far, it seems sturdy and looks great!

Very nice dining room set. Beautiful grey color and chairs are sturdy. Just wish the table sat up a little higher but overall, a very nice set!

Very happy with this table. Seems very well built, chairs are heavy and sturdy and so is the table. I am super pleased! It arrived in perfection condition! My husband was able to assembled this quickly as well.The only silly thing was the order came with the pallet so the delivery company left me with the wood pallet to dispose of. Amazon as always was prepared to help rectify the issue however I handled it on my own!Also- I found this table in the Ashley store for about $400 more with delivery and it was final sale! So happy to find on Amazon!!

J’adore ma table. La boîte était un peu maganée mais elle était tellement pesante que le livreur avait de la misère à la lever !! Mais le contenu était intact . J’ai fais ce que disait les commentaires en mettant les pattes de chaise au niveau avant de mettre les coussins. Il y avait des trous qui n’étaient pas fait pour les vis, donc j’ai mis de plus grosses vis et tout était parfait !!!
