It looks sturdy, durable and well made. I bought this in hopes it will help me with brush burns on my backside at the end of my tail bone. I gave it a quick try and it seems to be what I’m looking for but I’m still not healed from last session without the balancefrom so I will try again once fully healed.

Great product to get that extra stretch in your ab workouts. The pad is the perfect firmness for workouts and provides a good stretch. It is about 3 inches thick at the tallest point when no weight is being applied. Has a stiff board on the bottom of the pad so it does not have to be against a completely flat surface.

Ho letto una ricerca che tra 500 esercizi, quelli che funzionano meglio sono 2. I crunches e i reverse crunches con un cuscino nella zona lombare. Ho voluto provare. Brutali! Senza però sforzare la schiena, anche perché sul punto più "delicato", abbiamo un cuscino. Consigliato

Great product. Good quality. Abs are for spine flexion. This product helps really isolating abs during the crunches eliminating all the hips movements which take away from actually working your abs.
