They work as intended! I spray a little olive oil on them before pouring the batter in & place the mold on a baking sheet for stability.

I make a mean rum cake, but decided to christen this silicon cake pan with a banana bread. The bread came out great, and the silicon mold came right off. This package comes with two pans, and they make for very easy baking.
