I bought this for my Buffet R13 and so far so good. I like the feel of it and it cleans out my clarinet pretty well. I did a lot of research before deciding on a silk swab. The swab seems kind of big for a soprano Bb clarinet, but it works well. The only thing that was kind of weird about it was that I was expecting the swab to be blue, but when I got it, it was black. I guess that's ok though as long as it works and does the job well.

Very well made with a generous amount of black silk. Much more absorbent than my cotton cloth. The silk is cut in a triangle shape approximately 30 inches on a side with the white line about 27 inches long. The weight is soft plastic coated so there is nothing to scratch your instrument. The cloth is fine enough to fit through my wooden flute. Received in less than a week with no shipping charge. I can't imagine why folks would pay $20+ for something similar.

I had a felt type swab before, and I am so glad I made the switch to this silk one. It does a far better job than what I was using. This one is well made, and works perfectly. I would totally recommend this product to anyone in search of a better swab.

The rubber coating on the weight is much more reassuring than the ones sold in most stores.

The clarinet swab works much better than I though it would. Good buy for the price and i recommend it for the price.

this silk swab is triangular in shape, which prevents it from getting stuck when used correctly.

It’s beautiful and lasts a long time. I’m in the marching band and concert band so this was a great help!
