Got this item because of the silpat reputation for safe silicone fiberglass nonstick properties. This is a really good mold that allows me to make cute cupcakes or mini brioches. I love that it is small enough for me to use in my toaster oven. Easy to clean after baking, just small amount of dish soap on a sponge with water. Some people just clean by wiping the baking residue off.
