I've tried 4+ different products but this is the only one fits factory-drilled cabinet hinge mount tightly.I'm very happy with this product and plan to purchase more to replace the rest of old hinges with new soft close cabinet hinges,

Great quality. Good fit and easy to hammer down without damaging the door. I used it in a 8mm hole. IKEA kitchen doors.

Improves holding power. Stoll can spin out if you torx screws. Blunt screws are great so you don't get poke through on thin doors or cabinet fronts

There is a lot of pieces when I only needed one. Very inexpensive but will have the bag forever.Cabinet hinge on the framing was cracked and stripped. Was able to clean out the space, reshape the frame. Use the insert in a pre-drilled hole with wood glue. Let it set over night. Put on the cabinet hinge and has been great.

Rather than post another photo, look at the reviews and see what you're getting. If you have a good sharp chisel, then these will work fine. I used a 7.5mm drill bit (not 8mm) and hammered them into place. The big ugly square is meant for you to hit with your hammer. It may sometimes crack/break, but the insert will be fine. You need to cut, chop or chisel off the square part once in place to make the insert flush. They work great but no instructions gives this product a 3 since so many people couldn't figure it out and sent it back.

I had some loose 15-20 year old cabinet doors that had similar inserts that have since cracked or become compromised. The result was that the doors were wobbly and didn't close correctly.These plugs totally fixed it! Super tight and nothing is more satisfying than a door that closes properly after 4 years of wobbles.I wish I could have only purchased 20 and not 100, but whatcha gonna do. I could not source these at local hardware or big box home improvement stores.

We only needed a few of these but were forced to buy a huge package (they don't sell small packets of these). That's our only complaint.

It is made of the more brittle plastic and does not have the flared piece at the top like it does in the product image. That makes it far more difficult to remove these in the future.It's also extremely overpriced. Found the correct item cheaper elsewhere.
