I watched my mom for years shuffle through her patterns to find a sleeve she liked and then tear them apart to get it out. Yes, I too have had to do that to switch out sleeves, but this pattern pack from Simplicity now makes it simple! Sometimes I've had to do a little grading on them or on the dress or top, but it is very little work most of the time to have the sleeves look the way you like them.

If it were not for the many different sleeve types this item includes, I would not have been able to make lace sleeves for my formal sleeveless gown to attend my nephew’s wedding.

Makes it easy to update your clothes simply by changing the sleeves. It also gives you a basic bodice pattern that the sleeves fit in if you want to create from scratch.
