Used these to install my live edge siding on my shop I recently built. Worked well for my needs. Nails are exposed so needed to use stainless. No issue hammering them in. Held up without bending.

I used these to put together a cedar board on board fence. They are good screws with a non-slip head. They do bend easily, so take care when whacking at them. Otherwise, these are a good buy.

If you need these nails, you know it, and these do the job. I was installing cedar siding so stainless steel was a must, so I knew I would have a few limitations due to the nature of the material. Had very little issue with them bending, in a couple cases I predrilled to be safe. Overall, good value and did the job.

Strong, corrosive resistant and finely made nails for use when you need the ultimate in hammered nails.

These are little bitty diameter - but long - nails, definitely not 8D. I kept them but not for the application I originally intended. You have to be careful driving them; they are so long and skinny that they buckle easily, which is a problem you wouldn't have were these actually 8D. Not impossible to drive but definitely will slow you way down if you're expecting to slam home some 8D nails.

bought to replace the siding nails that were coming out on my house. The existing nails were threaded aluminum, a good idea but, too short at 1 3/4 inch. I couldn't find longer aluminum ones so I ordered these. These are smaller in diameter .92 vs .100 and the head is smaller .165 vs .190. SO I could not put these back in the same holes which is what I hoped to do. I do not know which size is correct. The building supply store told me the Aluminum ones I had were 8 d. So I ordered these. But the original are fatter than these. Also the narrower head means it doesn't pull down the clapboard, it sinks below when trying to put it into the old hole. For driving a fresh hole they are ok but a wider head would hold the clapboard down better I would think

Sometimes too long. Had to snip off some. Poor size range in this nail. Expensive.

Good product. Yes they are thin, but that keeps the wood from cracking. Your hammer blows have to be dead on or it will bend, and if it does, you'll not be able to straighten it. Don't even try, just pull it out and replace it. You'll notice how well they "stick". Yes, they are delicate, yes they work great. And they are easy to counter sink and fill. Much better than galvo twist nails.

Much smaller head on them. And a weaker shank. For the price, I was disappointed in the quality.
