You get what you pay for. Worked for 2 weeks and then stopped producing sound. I've tried everything and nothing seems to help. I'm not happy with this cheap cheap buy.

VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS NOT JUST THE ITEM BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT THE FIRST ONE I RECEIVED IT WASNT WORKING I SENT THEM A MESSAGE CONCERNING MY ISSUE AND THEY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT FOR IT AND I COULD BE HAPPIER I ORDERED THIUS AWHIKLE BAK STILL HAVE IT INSTALLED IN MY CROWN VIC

Radio worked great for first two weeks... Shortly after I noticed it would essentially reset itself about once a week, leaving me to have to reset my settings every time.. got pretty annoying but decided to just accept it. Eventually after about 3 months, it just stopped turning on at all. 😔Reached out to seller to see if they'll send me out a replacement

It's a basic affordable head unit/receiver to get you by. It's an affordable price, which is the biggest strength.

Radio worked great for a week.. now the display acts up almost every other time I get in my truck…. Spend a little more money and buy a decent radio.
