This is very easy to use to wrap around logs for moving them and seems sturdy

We had some bigger trees fall that I threw my back out trying to haul around the property (lift into the 4x4 cart and drive elsewhere and unload). Thankfully, I found this, and it works much better than what I was attempting before. What I will note is that I was doing this in a part of the property that I do not care what the ground/grass looks like so if you are planning on using this in a front yard, be warned it will tear up grass and give you divots and what not as it snags on things.

Using a Dillon AP Dynamometer to measure, this cable pulled apart at ~14000 lbs on its first use.

Good strong choker. I have used it more times that I can count already and have had no issues. It is well made and a useful tool for hitchin log out of the woods.Highly Recommended.

This cable choker is made really well with a thimble installed in the small loop for connecting the hook. Both ends have crimped fasteners to form the loops. The sliding hook has a safety latch to ensure it doesn’t come unhooked when pulling. The choker makes pulling and lifting logs much easier.
