Really liking this! My kids use it to make K-cup pods of apple cider and hot chocolate. I use the tea basket to make iced tea (I do not have loose tea leaves, so I just tuck 2 tea bags into the tea basket instead...put in about 8oz of water in the tank and brew over a full glass of ice, using the iced tea button. One bag is too weak for my liking, so I use 2 bags). Works perfectly! Easy/simple enough for kids to use on their own is a bonus! I do not use the loose coffee grounds basket, so I can't comment on how that works - glad it's included in case I ever want to try it though. Just beware - it brews HOT - give it some time to cool if you're making a hot drink!

Bought this as our very first ground coffee and loose tea maker. It is a one cup machine.Used it for several weeks and loved it. The tea option was a delightful bonus and works really well.I like that it takes up very little space on the counter.It is a single cup machine, if you need to fill a large 32oz cup in the morning, to take to work, you need to make x2 cups. The hot is VERY hot. We only use the ‘Bold’ setting.The height under the spout does not allow me to put my cup under. I needed to purchase one that fit.After the coffee finishes pouring out into your our cup, you need to leave your cup under the spout or switch with another cup, as it drips for at least a minute.I also take this with me when I go on assignments for 2 weeks.Cleaning is very simple and easy.Great little machine for our needs.

Works quickly and the water gets very hot so that‘s a really good thing! The price point was low, which made me happy since I’m tired of buying Keurigs that don’t last!
