I've used this 14" diameter, 48 inch long stainless steel duck tube for a Newtonian telescope. The tube has a beautiful semi-gloss polished surface. It worked perfectly for my 12 inch. f/4 telescope. However, it came in an unreinforced cardboard box. The box was crushed in shipping. Fortunately,the tube was just bend out of round, but not dented. I was able to bend it back to being round. It could have easily been more severely damaged in shipping. This quality product needs to be packaged more securely.

Super easy install. All the pieces quickly connect with the v clamps and duct sealant. Tested for leaks and found none. The pieces were lightweight and all the seams were painted. The adjustable straight duct was used to get to the exact length we needed. Overall, much nicer and easier to use compared to welded grease duct.

I was hoping to place this over the vent in a new kitchen but this is not acceptable. It looks nothing like the images. Looks like my child welded it.
