After receiving our new kitchen doors, drawer fronts and sink front, I decided to use this to add some storage to wasted space. As others have stated, it did not come with instructions but was easy to find by googling for directions. Installed without a hitch and extremely happy with cost and the tray!

Installing the side brackets three screws broke while trying to install. I have installed three other drawer openers with no problems. No instructions (last three installs I didn't need them!). There is no way to install the side brackets after you connect the drawer front, or the opposite way. There is no way to install the drawer front after you install the side brackets. Spend an extra 5 bucks and get a good set that mounts on the bottom of the drawer opening. Only decent part was the drawer pan. Terrible engineering.

It's very disappointing when a product is sent without any instructions on how to install it. Had to resort to utube and even those videos were not all that helpful

There were no instructions. This made it harder to align with my drawer and took several tries before aligning good enough to be satisfied.

The hardware that comes with the product is cheap. It is not a very smooth opening and closing.

Well, like other reviews there are no directions. I didn't find this to be to much of a problem but I'm sure plenty of people will. After I got the hinges installed the right hinge wouldn't work properly, (kept binding up), I thought I did something wrong with the installation. What's wrong is, poor quality, really poor quality. I know, if it was that bad why didn't you send it back. I din't send it back because I already had it installed which means I had drilled holes etc. I took the right hinge off, bent it so it wouldn't bind and lubricated it. Every thing is working OK now.

Great add to our kitchen. The tray could be a bit deeper, especially on the back. But it is OK, it does the job. Installation is all depend on your cabinet.
