I bought one of these bowls for sweetener packets next to the coffee maker, and quality is better than average. I like porcelain dishes to sit on a counter as it typically scratches less than ceramic. I liked it enough I bought a second one for the refrigerator to hold the little individually wrapped cheese slices, and it worked perfectly!
