The amount of rice in the bento box is about 1.2 cups of rice bowl (about 6.8 fl oz (200 ml)) and the lower level is about 1.4 cups of rice (about 6.8 fl oz (200 ml).
Nesting for compact storage
Microwave oven can be heated by removing the lid, inner lid and fork.
The upper and lower tier have a "non-stick" processing that prevents rice from sticking.

Color and finish is amazing! This was definitely worth it. I use it to pack different snacks, compartmentalize portions of my lunch, and pack my yogurt and granola. It’s super easy to clean even after a long day at work. Makes packing much easier and a decent size (cookies well).

Love the size. It’s great for side dishes. Would have given 5 stars ,but unfortunately it leaks. Juices from Korean pickled radish and cucumbers leaked in my lunch bag.

My daughter doesn't eat much. This product is Smallest. This product can be divided into two containers for rice and side dishes. If I want to reduce the amount more, I can also use it with only one container.

It is cute, but it does not seal well. I put yogurt in top, and it popped open and spilled. Liquids leaked out. After 2 wks, it was difficult to close and lock.

We appreciate this type of container, but it appears we may have had an unfortunate experience with the one we received. Unfortunately, the clasp on our container broke within just one week of regular use.

So I ordered this “new†but the packaging was weird and it smelled strange inside when I opened it the first time. So I’m not sure if it was used or not.But summiko gurashi bento boxes are hard to find, so I just kept it. It’s great otherwise. I also ordered a similar one in the same style from Japan, and seeing the packaging and smell of that one reinforces that this one wasn’t in the best condition when it was sent to me.
