How to measure hand's size?
1. Measure the width of the palm of hand at base of fingers from
the index finger to the pinky finger.
2. four finger close, thumb out.

Size S for palm breadth of 7-8cm/ 2.75"-3.14"
Size M for palm breadth of 7.5-8.5cm/ 2.95"-3.35"
Size L for palm breadth of 8.5-9.5cm/ 3.35"-3.74"
Size XL for Hand Palm Width: 9-11cm/ 3.54"-4.33"
Please check the Size Chart carefully and select the size of the most suitable for you. Please choose a bigger size, if you have fleshy palms or you need to wear it over gloves.

I bought these to replace the child wrist braces in standard protection packages. These are great. The hands slip into them instead of relying on velcro straps. There are 2 pieces of very hard material; one on the inside wrist and one on top of the hand. Really good protection and very comfortable. Would recommend.

I bought a pair for my son. They appear to protect his wrists during falls but not sure how effective they are and don't really want to find out. Overall construction seems solid and the material feels and looks like the wrist guards I had from Rollerblade years ago.

I purchased this and other wrist guards to compare and find this to be very uncomfortable. It doesn’t mold to my hand as nice as others. It doesn’t has much curve to fit ur hand.
