Easy to put together, the boards slide nice across it.The router is easy to remove.Only thing I dislike is you have to remove the router to change the bits.Would be nice if there was an access spot for the wrench.

After waiting 4 days for Amazon to deliver, I received a re-boxed unit that had been partially assembled, then returned. After looking for apparently-missing hardware, I realized it was a return because the hardware was already attached. Following one of the most poorly written instruction manuals I've ever read, I finally got it up and running. The router is good -- solidly built with nice features like the variable-speed control, and variable cutter height adjustment, and the quick detachment, which is nice when attached to the table. What sold me on this unit was the storage containers built into the legs; it comes with a couple cheap plastic shelves that nowhere begins to house my collection of bits, so I replaced them with custom made ones. Two things keep this from being described as a "great" unit. As a retired industrial designer, who came up with the placement of the exhaust port on the router so it is directly against the power cord of the switch unit? No room to attach a vaccuum hose! Also, leaving all the open holes in the storage container legs, may save pennies worth of plastic, but it allows all the dust and chips that a router creates to enter the cabinet, so you have to clean it out after every use. I guess this is the best you get with a "budget unit".

Adjusting router height from the top is worth every penny for this baby.. easy easy awesome for small shop, some plastic for sure.. but for the weekender on a budget great stuff

Not sure what some reviewers expected for this low price point. This is a well engineered and well built accessory. Easy out of the box assembly and much heftier than I expected. I've been building small and medium sized furniture for 30 years. My more professional bench was tired and growing clunkier by the day. But, I'm almost 80 and didn't want to make a big investment in a new bench. I'm delighted with this new generation by Skil!

Bought this for my husband. He loves it and great for a beginner. Did not have any issues putting it together and get got lucky with his Skill Router he's has for 10 years, it matched up fine to the table. Super fast shipping.

Realizas una inversión en adquirirla, a cambio te evitas muchos inconvenientes de ajustes y adecuaciones, adquiririendo esta mesa tendrás la certeza de que es 100% funcional. Recomendable estar al pendiente del precio qué se mueve frecuentemente y puedes adquirirla como en mi caso en aprox 2,700.00 pesos mexicanos. Te repito inviertes pero te quitas de problemas.

Tuve una base similar para router craftsman y esta Skil es muy superior, en calidad y en versatilidad. Los compartimientos laterales son geniales, lo único malo es que no cierran bien las puertas (no son herméticas) y les entra mucho aserrín a esos compartimientos. Por todo lo demás, es un accesorio genial!

La calidad de la mesa me ha sorprendido en comparación del precio. La uso para piezas de madera pequeñas, y a nivel casero, me ha funcionado muy bien. Llego antes de lo esperado.
