I was looking for a mess-free activity to do with my 3-year old godson but he was not engaged. I think this activity is more appropriate for a cild that is 5+ years old. I, on the other hand enjoyed finishing the frame he started.

This was a unique a project, but it did hold my 3 year old's interest for very long. With that said, she is not my artsy one (will only color for a short time and prefers crafts with little direction/purpose). I could see someone in Kindergarten or so enjoying this with concentration.

This was a great little activity for my kids. They fought over which ones they wanted to do and the stickers, AND the pictures to frame... kids. These are great frames for your own house, but I think they are more perfect for having your kids do as gifts for family and friends.I wasn't sure at first how this would go being a sticker project vs paint/crayon/marker etc. The kids had fun though and it made it easier for my youngest to do it how she wanted. Regardless the age, the frames with stickers are bound to come out fairly well compared to other messy mediums. It definitely is mess free... except when your kids find all the wrong ways and places to put the leftover stickers. Best to privy the extras away, or save them for another project.I think the pop out stand is a cool idea. It makes it easy to send these in the mail as a flat parcel. It can be a bit touchy to get them to stand up properly. Just keep adjusting it until it stands. Might take a while for the board to maintain a flat base to stand on. Don't give up, it takes some time for the fold to relax. Mine hasn't fallen over again after getting it to set properly. If given as gifts, you might have to show people how to form the base.

The frames are nice but they already have some decorations. All this kit provides are colored dots to fill in the blank areas on the items on the frame. I was hoping for more customization options. Still a nice gift for a young child to decorate but older kids will find this boring.

Got these for my toddlers and it kept them busy for a solid 45 mins. Comes with plenty of sticker colors, sizes and patterns to do all the frames and more for another day!

A very basic set of cardboard photo frames that the kids can decorate. Its nothing special what soever but gives them something to pass the time for an hour or so until they get bored.I would not go out of my way to buy this but now that we have it, its decent enough.I'm not so sure I would actively recommend it, but would not object to it either. Its just an activity to pass sometime with the added bonus that there is no glue or glitter involved.

The Skillmatics Art Activity - Dot It Photo Frames, arrived in a small branded cardboard box. Inside the box contained 6 photo frames and 20 sheets of sticky dots in a variety of colours. This is a lovely fun project to do with small children. Our grandchild is just 3 years old and was happy enough placing the dots where she wanted too. She did have some difficulty getting the dots of the sticky back. Great idea and great design. Recommend.
