Great for indoor workout, Make sure you follow assembly directions. At first I didn't and just loop the rope and when I tried it out, it flew out. Then I read the instructions and there is a plastic tab that you attached to the rope after you loop it to prevent it from flying out. Yes, I try 1st and then read later, it's a guy thing.
