I have only shrimp tanks. Two of my tanks are 2 gals with 1 colony each. pros: the thing works. Cons: it is very large for a smaller shrimp tank, very bulky. I had to remove a main rock, and the shrimp sometimes cannot figure their way around the high plastic rim. It is also about an inch too tall for my 2 gals.

Very well made. No chance of the pieces coming apart inside the aquarium. The only downfall is that it won't hook over the side of a standard tank. Would be perfect for a rimless. I'm sure I'll have no problem rigging something to make it work though.

Love the concept but unfortunately it’s short for a 10 gallon standard aquarium, plus where it sits if it has plastic on top it won’t sit right. This would be perfect for aquariums that are short and without plastic rim
