Advice to use

1.Cook just 20 minutes for a hot & spicy taste, and up to 40 minutes for a milder flavor.

2.Even if your jalapeños are large and fit well in the rack and do not look like they will fall through, put a toothpick through them about 1/3 the way down from the top. As they cook they shrink and fall through. This is no fault of the cooker, just a result of shrinkage during cooking.

How To Grill Mouthwatering Peppers?

xdfsdf

Step 1. Cut off the stem end of the peppers. Core the peppers, scraping out the seeds and ribs.

Step 2. You can fill in your favorite foods and ingredients in the peppers, and of course, you can roll bacon on the outside and it tastes better!

Then stuff your peppers with cheese, the result overflows the peppers, leaving the edges crispy and blackened, and full of molten cheese goodness.

Step 3. Grill the peppers until the cheese melts and browns and the peppers soften, about 20 minutes.

Step 4. Carefully remove the rack with gloves from the grill and let the stuffed peppers cool for about five minutes, then remove them from the rack and serve.

  • Consider the iconic stuffed pepper, the jalapeno popper – a jalapeno pepper stuffed with cream cheese, often wrapped in bacon. They are amazing.
  • Chili peppers are the perfect vessels for unique meals because they have a lot of flavor, offer heat like no other, and are hollow, which simply beg for a delicious stuffing.
  • You don’t have to roast your peppers to stuff them, but roasting changes the pepper flavor and texture from garden-fresh and crunchy to slightly smoky and velvety smooth.
  • Treat your family and friends with this awesome flavor this winter!

Works great. Just make sure you get bigger jalapeño peppers if you want to make cheese filled popper. The holes work best with bigger peppers because they shrink during cooking. It's all metal so it's pretty easy to clean. Extremely easy to use. Stable and looks great enough to prep, cook, and serve all on the same structure

I love this thing! Used it last night. First time my poppers didn’t leak cheese all over my grille! Came out perfect. I’m in Texas and we have large jalapeno peppers but I don’t see how even smaller ones would slip through the holes when there is bacon wrapped around them.

Not cheap junk, heavy stainless. I old give it five stars if manufacturer would have taken the sharp edges off. It will last a lifetime.

I received the item yesterday and made my first Jalapeño popper. It worked like it was supposed to. Today I loaded it up with frozen Jumbo shrimp and steamed them to perfection. When the weather permits, it will go into my smoker for some smoked Atomic Buffalo Scatterlings. Yes, I would buy it again.

The bacon is crunchy, and the cheese stays in the whole jalapeno, which is a win my house. It is very easy to clean.

I picked up some jumbo jalapenos to stuff with cream cheese and cheddar cheese and wrap with bacon and the "Large 36 holes" just aren't large enough for standard jumbo jalapenos. These are the regular kind of jalapenos that people fill with cheese, but the holes just simply aren't large enough for many of the jalapenos. Kind of a letdown since I already used the corer (which works perfectly for this size pepper btw), but the peppers are going to fall down I can tell as they don't fit securely into the holes in the holder. Would be better with a mix of this size hole and ones about 50 percent larger also to hold the larger jumbo peppers.EDIT: After smoking the peppers, they all kind of fell inward and supported themselves with the exception of one. Holes are definitely too small for jumbo jalapenos.

My wife grows jalapeños at home, and she usually harvests lots of them. This jalapeño holder is ideal for making jalapeño poppers. It is made of steel and is much sturdier than I expected. It is definitely sturdy enough to use on the grill. If your jalapeños are too thin they will fall through the holes if you don’t put a pan or baking sheet underneath the holder, but this is no big deal. The included tool for scooping out the insides of each jalapeño is a nice perk. Really handy and built well.If you like jalapeño poppers, this is a great rack to hold them for the grill, smoker, or oven.
