Ill just start with this, not all binoculars are created equal, and with the strange name and low price, I was skeptical, but now that I've seen from em, they're really good, they rank up there in the top 2 pairs of binoculars I've ever looked through, that other pair was also 6x the price of these, I mostly quit using binoculars years ago because they always gave me double vision, these don't, just like the other pair I was talking about, they're extremely clear, the zoom level isn't too much/not enough, they have a bit of a fisheye effect around the edge, but not bad or bothersome and most others do as well, the picture color is good as well as light transfer, they're not as heavy as some the same size but I'd say weight is about what I expected. Build quality seems pretty rugged, especially compared to the 3 or 4 pairs of other cheapo brands that got broke from normal use, a feature I really like about these is the front lens caps, they're held onto the binocs with a rubber strap molded into the cover, the rear ones also have a loop so you could attach them.Overall I am so far highly satisfied with these, especially since I was seriously considering buying a different pair that was way more than I was comfortable spending just because they didn't give me double vision. The texture is nice, it comes with a cleaning microfiber, the carry bag isn't too bad, it's more of a nylon or polyester woven cloth material, I'm just used to my old best pair with a heavy vinyl case, but this case should hold up just fine, especially since there's a strip of nylon webbing sewed over both sides where the strap attaches,it's definitely a very good value for the money and if you're looking for a really good pair of binoculars for a reasonable price, I'd definitely look into these ones.

To be transparent, SkyGenius LTD gave me this pair of binoculars for an honest review to help improve their product if necessary. These re a really nice pair of binoculars and seem pretty rugged.the lenses are very clear even at night time with low light. These are NOT "Night Vision" They are "LOW LIGHT" and does a pretty good job at it with clarity.I did find 2 issues though, and SkyGenius LTD wanted me to be honest and critical.#1 - Instructions are GREAT and clear until you get to the images setting up the neck strap. The pictures are so dark, you can't see whats going on in the picture.#2 - Sliding the neck strap through the loop on the binoculars.I had difficulty because the loop is too tight of a fit, even doubling over the strap to force through. When it goes through the loop, it hits the actual rubber of the binocular housing.I had to use a dental pick to pull it through.Even if you tapered the end of the strap, you would run into the same problem of hitting the other side of the housing rubber stopping it going through. To me, should be easier process. But its not a major flaw, just something that needs tweaking as it would be frustrating out in the field for removal and reinstalling the strap#3 This is kind of a really big flaw for me. The carry pouch strap is way too short!!!!!Extending the strap to its max adjustment, the strap when used on my side like a purse, comes to my bicep and not worthy of using it that way.I think it should be up to the user for personal adjustment. As it is now, I can only wear it on my chest.I have a 52" chest, but I feel it should be longer.Overall, I think this a quality product and a great value for the moneyI thank SkyGenius LTD for the opportunity to give the binoculars an honest review and I hope my review helps with a buyers purchase decision.

I bought these for my ornithology class (as well as general bird studies) and I am more than satisfied with them! They're great bang for your buck. My photo doesn't do it enough justice because you can definitely see further than that squirrel, but he was right outside my window in that tree, so the opportunity to snag these pictures for the review was perfect. I can't say anything about birds due to the cold weather having them hide away, but I can for sure say that these make it so much easier to see animals from a distance to identify them. They're bulky and sturdy, and while using one hand with the weight of them makes it a bit uncomfortable if you're not stronger in the hands/wrists, but it's a minor con to them. The power and distance that you can see with them far outweigh (haha, pun!) that negative trait. They're easy to adjust focus and you're able to change whether you want to focus more "close up" or further back.Really good pair of binoculars, would recommend and/or buy this for a friend.**I would definitely apply for extended warranty on their website though, in case anything happens! You never know what could occur when you're out and about in the wild.

Bought these for my husband for his birthday as we were going on a road trip. We were very surprised with the outstanding quality of these binoculars!! The caps are a soft rubber material; the bottom (bigger ones) are attached to the binoculars so you don't have to worry about losing them. Comes with a great durable strap, lovely carrying case. Love them!!

Honestly, I was skeptical about buying these considering the price. I'm using them for law enforcement and scoping out violators from a distance. I am very impressed with the quality and clarity of the product. I had purchased some for $120 at a local sporting good store, and these were much greater quality. Highly recommend.

Purchased these based on 2500 reviews at 4.5 stars. They arrived within 48 hours and appeared to be exactly as advertised. Sadly, they fell apart upon my first use to the point that they no longer work.I contacted the vendor who promptly sent a new pair and everything seems in order this time. Any company that stands behind their product like they did get my vote. Problems will arise, it's how they are handled that counts!

Skygenius 10x50 - I liked these a lot as soon as i took them out of the box. I like the look, the feel, and the quality is good for the price, but compared to more expensive these are low performers. I made some comments on cloudynights.com about them also. I am rating 5 stars for the quality you get for the money. These are not Pentax, Nikon or Vortex BUT they will do the job. You will still get a closer view of nature or the stars. I got these just to see if i like 10x50 and practice handholding / freehand viewing. For this price these were fantastic to determine - do i like freehand? Is 10x too shaky for me or for freehand would 8x or 7x be better? For astronomy how does the moon or Orion or Andromeda look in a 10x50? How much can I see? Would i prefer more magnification and mounted? The answers to all these questions are an excellent education for less than 50.00. That's why this would be a great Bino for kids. If they really get into it then the can always upgrade; when they get more serious into nature or astronomy - if they dont get addicted to binoculars at least they had the experience. I liked these so much i bought one for my nephew and gave the pair i owned to another teenager.I own much better quality Astronomy Binoculars - so i know how these are not as good - but for starting or experimenting they are great. They were in my Backpack when the pack fell off a door hook and hit the floor - it put them out of collimation. But i just pry up the rubber and tweak the screws and line them up again. Experimenting with that itself was a nice learning experience - and the best part - its not a big loss if they were permanently damaged. If you want to upgrade then here are my suggestions:$100.00 approx. is the next step up.Olympus 10x50 has good reviews if you are just interested in Nature - they are very sharp (apparently) but have Bk7 prisms which is a bit dim for Astro.Bushnell Legacy WP 10x50 would be the best buy in this range. I own a pair and i would say they are close to double the quality for the price. Reviews put them close to the Nikon Action Extreme 10x50.Next step up is $200.00 range.Nikon Action Extreme ATB 10x50 or 12x50 or Pentax SP WP in the same sizes. I have the Pentax 12x50 and like it A LOT. But again i feel by Bushnell Legacy is close to same quality for half the price. Of course i can see a bit more because the Pentax is 12x - but for comfort, optics, collimation, feel, Water proof etc. the Bushnell Legacy really gives the Pentax ( and Nikon although i dont own one) a run for the money.Next step is $300 t0 $500 dollars and if you are in this range then you have some fun shopping to do and really want to know your tastes.... And that's review is about. What are your tastes? The Skygenius is and inexpensive way to find out and have fun experimenting. If you find 10x a bit too shaky then you now you KNOW you won't want to buy a 12x50. And if you know you want freehand / handheld then you might want 8x only. If you are ready to buy a quality Nature Bino then you are settling on something like a Nikon or Vortex 8x. How did you learn what you like? By owning a cheap pair that allows you to practice, learn, and discover your likes and dislikes - and that's why i recommend this Bino.
