We bought 3 of these for 3 sets of our parents and it was a super loved gift! My mom is in love with it, and if you upgrade to the plus it stores SO MANY photos and videos. It’s so fun and the whole family can upload photos. Screen quality is amazing. Set up wasn’t that hard, but if you don’t know how to use a smart phone it’ll be a pain. I had to set it all up for my mom and I’m in control of the account but she’s very happy with it

This frame is well made, shows beautiful clear photos ! It is super easy to set up & to invite others to use to send their photos. Using the Skylight app, it is very quick and easy to upload photos to it.

This was a gift for my nephew and he loved it. It is easy to set up and the picture quality is great. It's convenient to use from your phone or tablet or computer and the whole family can share pictures on it. I purchased on black Friday and got a great price. This is a perfect gift for a parent or grandparent as well.

The digital frame overall is a great product, came exactly how it was supposed to color and dimension wise, and it is very user friendly in regards to the app and uploading. You can adjust most of the features, such as brightness and cycling speed, without having to upgrade to their premium app.However, I’ve had a few small issues with the frame. Firstly, the sleep mode feature isn’t full proof. I have it set from 10:45pm-7:45am, and it worked well for about a week, turning the frame off at night and back on in the morning automatically as indicated. But, twice, at random, it has stayed on and bypassed the sleep mode, which I’ve then had to go in and resave the parameters.My other issues is that sometimes when cycling between photos, it glitches. Nothing major, just feels like it should be smoother for the price you’re paying, but if you’re not watching it cycle then you probably won’t notice it.Overall a great product with only a few quirks!

I already have one of these and love it. So I'm buying more for gifts! Perfect for the newly weds, new parents, grandparents... It's easy for family to add to the photo selection with Skylight address. Are free to add pictures to. Keep everyone in the loop as those that have your personalized address can share pictures from their media with you! Love mine so much that I purchase more to give as gifts! Do sometimes fail to turn on after power failures but easy to reset and you don't lose your loaded pictures. Also have the capability to select what added pictures you want to remain on your Skylight. I don't like that some pictures only show a portion depending on orientation picture was taken, but it’s a small inconvenience for this wonderful item that I don't mind. I imagine I could fix this if I gave the picture a few minutes of my time prior to loading. I just haven't tried as it doesn't bother me enough. Have not reached its storage capacity yet. Not even sure what it is. Guess I'll find out when I get there.

Purchased as a gift. There is an option to preset up with pictures and then just transfer it on the day as a gift. Easy set up.Good quality

Se lo regalamos de Navidad a mi papá y nos encantó porque es muy fácil que todos le mandemos fotos. El app te recuerda cada cierto tiempo y te avisa cuando otros mandan fotos. Entonces le están llegando constantemente fotos de sus hijos y sus nietos. Mi mamá ya quiere el suyo!

Cómo hacer un restablecimiento completo: 1. En la parte trasera de tu Frame, mantén presionado el botón de “Bajar volumen†hasta que aparezca una pantalla que diga “Device Test†(Prueba de dispositivo). 2. En la esquina inferior derecha, toca el botón “Recovery†(Recuperación). 3. Aparecerá un mensaje preguntándote si deseas recuperar tu dispositivo. Toca “Yes†(SÃ). 4. Deja que tu Frame funcione durante 2-3 minutos; deberÃa restablecerse a su estado original, tal como estaba al sacarlo de la caja.
