How it works ?

  • The ND (Neutral Density) filters designed to slow down the camera’s shutter speed. It can help to reduc the amount of light into camera sensor, allowing you to capture the desired natural effect in your footages.
  • The PL (Polarizing Lens) filter can remove the unwanted glare from natural reflective surfaces, when shooting outdoors. It help to capture more clear images and footages in bright sunny daylight conditions.
  • UV filter can reduce some of the ultraviolet rays in the light,It help to capture more clear images and footages in normal days. You can use it anytime.
  • CPL filter helps to slow down the shutter speed by 1 or 2 f-stops,It canbe use at the sunset or Sunrise,Increased color saturation.
  • ND8 helps to slow down the shutter speed by 3 f-stops.You can use it in the Partly Cloudy day.No color change.
  • ND16 helps to slow down the shutter speed by 4 f-stops.You can use it in the Mid day / Mild Sun.No color change.
  • ND32 helps to slow down the shutter speed by 5 f-stops.You can use it under very Bright Sun day. No color change.
  • ND64 helps to slow down the shutter speed by 6 f-stops.It can be used at the Extreme Sun day.No color change.

Works great in DJI mini 4k. Definitely improved the video quality in harsh light settings.

The usefulness of the UV and Polarized filters are indeed debatable, but the ND filters worked great and allowed me to set the shutter speed down to 1/50 at 24 fps (ISO 100) which produced a MUCH more professional look for my footage.I selected this set because of how the ND filters cover the entire front of the gimbal and therefore do not have the issues with obstructing the camera's field of view.Installation was easy (despite fat fingers) and the gimbal had no trouble dealing with the extra passenger. Just make sure the drone is completely off when attaching the filters and give the front a quick wipe the the micro-filber to remove fingerprints; The filters themselves seem well-made and the clear plastic clamshell is nice with the magnetized latches. The clamshell also fits well enough inside the Fly-More case. I found that setting it on top of the charger with the mico-fiber cloth in-between works best.

Without manual controls over the original Mavic Mini video settings, it's tough to balance a bright sky and a dark ground. Sure you can use the built-in EV (exposure compensation) control, but you're limited to how much you can control it, and I find that usually I want to be somewhere in between their given increments. These filters are great, reasonably priced for the set, and they work as well as expected. I've take some epic footage on bright, sunny days right at around noon (when the sun is the brightest), and I have perfect blue skies and nicely exposed land. At least, where I can balance it when I edit the footage. I haven't tried the polarizer yet, but ND filters work great. They're easy enough to slip on and off the camera, without worry that they'll fall off during flight. I also like the little case they come in, which fits right on top of the battery pack in the DJI case (if you have the FLY MORE COMBO with the battery hub and carry case).I'm not sure if these fit the DJI Mini 2 (the new upgrade to the mini), but I hope so, because that takes even better photos and videos and I plan on upgrading eventually. But. I shoot 2.7k footage with these filters and stretch it to 4k with little to no degradation in quality. They're are similar products that may be slightly lower priced, but most don't have a ND64, which was a deal breaker for me. THIS DOES, which is why I went with this brand. I use the ND32 and ND64 the most on sunny days.Highly Recommend.

If you're considering this then you know what the point of these is. I'm not going to go into it, but this set has ND across a variety of stops, allowing you to lock in a shutter speed regardless of lighting conditions.I've been using them on Mavic Mini 2 and they slip over the camera easily and are very secure. I've never had any issues with them slipping or falling off. Work as expected, the picture quality is clean and my video came out as good as I had hoped. Recommend.

The filters fit the mini 2 perfectly and did the job of cutting glare and enhancing the video color. The only negative was they didn't stay on the lens when I crashed the drone into a tree and broke the gimbal. I am joking about that. I like the filters. Intend to use one every time I take photos or video once I get my drone back from the repair shop. I also won't be flying sideways at a low altitude without being able to see the drone.

I know it's probably outdated but so is my review, but hearing from someone who has used a product for years is far better than someone who just bought it. Everyone with a drone knows these filters, they perform spectacularly well. I used to fly in auto mode at whatever fps, keeping things in one mode not only makes it easier to edit but if you do use the ND filter properly (angles) on water it looks phenomenal. Honestly, I was going to do a side by side comparison video but I only use the filters now. My footage is drastically improved, even with a Mini 1

I am very pleased with these filters. Once installed they are very secure. I've found the best way to install them is to turn off the mini 2; turn the drone upside down on a flat surface and then install the filter. It's much easier than trying to install with the drone upright as the front fuselage overhang gets in the way. Beware trying to install with the drone powered on. DJI warns about doing this and possibly damaging the gimbal motor.

Any camera should have a c-polarized filter, period. The ND (neutral density) filters are great, but more for movies, and optimizing the frame rate and focus parameters in bright sunlight or a hazy, bright day. The polarized filter enriches colours and reduces reflections - that is what I was truly after. In hind sight, I wish I had bought the kit with more polarizing filters and fewer ND filters, simply because I do more still photography that movies. I was lured by the much lower price.... I am still happy with the product, though. I was surprised at how small they actually are - the whole case with six nicely packed filters is smaller than a package of cigarettes - but they are well built and easily installed. What is also VERY important is that they are small enough that they do NOT add enough weight to the drone to put it over the 250 gram mark.....
