Precautions:

I’ve been using it since April-11th.It’s now July 18th and it died/ fried out.The submersible part looked like it leaked oil or some kind of black chemical fluid into the water tank. Burnt motor smell. Tried to contact customer service and it’s the wrong company for the listed for Warrenty/ replacement.

The power supply is not at all as pictured. It's basically completely open on two sides. It's not waterproof or even water resistant.
