Great quality and very grippy even without chalk. These are up there on the difficulty scale. Being a straight "pipe" or "nunchuck" style grip, you've gotta have your grip game on point to be able to hang from these. Something for me and my kids to work towards. Buy these for the challenge but put them towards the end of your coarse as something to work up to, so as to not disappoint your kids as they use the other grips Slackers offers. Not for beginners.

My kids (8 & 11) have been attending a Ninja gym and wanted to practice at home. We purchased them many of the obstacles in this line. They are well made and easy to hang from a ninja slack line or as we do, a swing set. Of all the obstacles we own these are perhaps one of the hardest and require more grip strength. Probably not a beginner obstacle.

I got some Atomik 2.75†diameter pipe holds and they were too difficult for me to use as pull-up handles at first. These are an excellent way to build up grip strength to larger diameters and more difficult holds. They’re a little sticky out of the packaging but it’s not a big deal. I don’t like the carabiners that come with it because I tend to move my grips around to different exercise equipment that I have. I would recommend getting carabiners that do not lock but have similar strength rating or better.

Great new accessory for my tweens since they have mastered many of the more simple ninja line obstacles. Durable and even came with a powder pouch to prevent slippery grip.

We purchased every one of these ninja line accessories and they are all top quality. Very happy with them and our 9 year old daughter plays on them daily. It's really almost impossible to get her to stop playing on these.
