Item is just as described. It came recommended by my physical therapist to help build core strength with some exercises I can continue at home. This is wonderful because it does NOT bounce. It hits the floor and stays right where it lands. The weight is perfect for me to lift above my head, slam it down, and bend and pick up to do several times in repetition.

I love this for doing my ball slams. It is a bit rougher on the hands than I thought, but nothing I can’t handle lol.

This weight slam ball is fantastic! Quality is great, seems super durable, works super well for twisting and slamming wall as well as jumping and throwing on ground. Pricing was on point as well at $29 for this 20 pound weighted ball! I'm super happy with my purchase.

They are a better deal then most, but the little grips will rub your fingers raw, the sand inside moves, so if you toss the ball in the air it goes all over the place. I’m not a fan. 😬🤷ðŸ¼â€â™€ï¸
