Exactly what my Physical Therapist uses and allows me to do the same stretch exercises at home. I have it set up in an out of the way place and I do it every other day. Helps with my post knee replacement recuperation and sturdy enough to last a long time.

The grip tape on both slant boards was falling off. Wood is low quality.

Really like this board. I like how it’s adjustable based on the stretch you are looking for. My calves are definitely not as tight after using this everyday. It’s even better when you are leaning against a wall or staircase for a deeper stretch.The only thing is, it’s probably better to use this with shoes on. I tried it with socks but slipped right off, and when I tried it with my feet, it scraped some off my dead skin off lol

I couldn't ask for a better item. The wood is extremely solid, it is very well made, there is zero assembly, and the traction pads are staying on with zero issues. This is just as high quality as the one at my PT's office.

I think we got an already returned / used 2nd hand one. It was damaged coming out of the box within the box. For this price expected better quality.
