I have been using this thing for a couple of months before I wanted to leave this review. I am 6 ft 300 and this thing is well built. It is sturdy enough to handle me and all of the squats calf raises and stretches me and my household can throw at it. Pull the trigger!

It is sturdy, there are several adjustable positions, and the surface is non-slip.

My husband gave me a funny look when this came in the mail, but I’ve seen him using it more than me! It’s for a good range of heights. The wood is nice and sturdy and the grips feel strong so you don’t slide around. Excited to add this to my home gym for stretches and squats

I'm using this right now, as I type, and plan to do so going forward. As I age, I have more troubles with weak ankles and tendonitis. I've found that keeping the Achilles stretched and limber is the best way to conquer flare-ups, but I don't always commit to the exercises as I should. This board is keeping me honest. I appreciate the solid wood construction (though I do plan on putting floor protectors on the bottom, to keep my laminate scratch-free). The wood is nicely finished -- no splinters. The angle adjustment is intuitive and easy. Slip-proof patches on the surface keep my slippers from sliding off. The side handles make moving the unit convenient. This is a solid stretching accessory, and I recommend it.
