I am a side sleeper and needed a side sleeper pillow. My husband saw this and purchased it for me. I love it. This versatile side sleeper pillow can be put between the knees easily and is so comfortable. I also use it under my knees and sometimes cuddle it between my arms. My sleep quality and comfort has also improved because of this little pillow. I’m also recovering from knee replacement surgery and this pillow has been invaluable in relieving pain in my knee when I sleep on my side. Give it a try!

The filling in this pillow is the highlight. It doesn’t bunch up or get lumpy! The outside cover is designed to allow your legs to fit in the center without collapsing. This makes for wonderful comfort and support! Seriously, I’ve tried so many pillows small and large and this is the Most comfortable one. I use a soft cotton pillowcase over mine because the green seams can be stiff, but I’m more sensitive than most. This is the best pillow for the value. It also works great as a neck pillow. I highly recommend this pillow & now I want to try some of their other products.

I like that this pillow is a good width to not let knees touch but not too wide to make it uncomfortable. I would have liked if it came with a pillow case, but you can fold a standard pillow case to make it work. It is very light weight and supports well.

I have tried many kinds of pillows. Often they come with a smell at first, and need to be 'broken in'. Not with Yoga Pillow. Soft, clean, no smell, and worked wonderfully from the first night. The design is very simple. All I know is my legs LOVE this pillow when I sleep on my side. They find their comfort zone and relax. Soft as a cloud. And it seems to stay in place. I love it. Now I am going to try the Dual Sleep Neck Pillow because I am so happy with this one.

I am recovering from hip replacement surgery and can only lay on my back or left side. I was looking for a body pillow that would support my leg when sleeping on my side. This pillow Looked perfect. Unfortunately it is not firm or plump enough to keep my leg propped up in the correct alignment and is far too short for a “body†pillow. It is a softer support for those looking for a flatter pillow. The valley down the center is helpful and keeps body parts from rolling or shifting out of place. It is a nice pillow overall but the price at 39.00 is a way too high for the actual overall quality of materials and size. The stuffing will not last over time as it’s just regular poly fill. I will use it until it falls apart or falls flat because as always easier to keep than return.

Received this pillow as a Christmas gift. So disappointed, as it was AMAZING for about TWO WEEKS. After that it has flattened so much that I have to fold it in half to use it. My lower back and hip discomfort have returned, not to mention the disruptive sleep trying to keep the pillow folded. Not worth the cost for two weeks of comfortable use.

I purchased this item for my son who has hip pains when he sleeps. I have the exact same for my hip and back pain after my chiropractor recommended it. I would also like to say it was perfect after having hip replacement surgery. I recommend it for those issues.

There is barely any support between the legs with the pillow. It's better than no support but would have preferred something with more support. There is a crease in the middle of the pillow vertically where your legs lay so there is even less support there. Wish I could return it. Would not recommend.

Sleep Yoga Back Side Sleepers, Ergonomically Designed Down Alternative Pillow for Knee Support is excellent. I wish I had ordered this pillow months ago. I have been so lucky to find it. I have at last had a full nights sleep after using this pillow. I have hip pain & can now sleep on my side again with the help of this pillow. I can highly recommend this pillow.It’s a perfect size for me .. I am 5’5†tall.

Not firm enough at all. The fact it doesn’t even come with the cover is ridiculous. Considering the price you’d think it’d be made of more durable supportive materials and include a cover. Regretful purchase.
