I bought this for tshirts mainly and it’s been great! I have had problems with pressing zipper pouches, but I think that’s more my issue than the press. It’s extremely easy to use and its value has been well worth it. I got pink and I love it! It doesn’t take up too much space and it’s sturdy. The heat level seems to be stable although I don’t have a thermal thermometer. I love the look and it’s been a great asset!

Despite I was missing heat resistant glove, the Sublimation heat press was great, haven't tested the cap or mug press yet. Perfect for my needs.

This machine is easy to use doesn't take up a lot of space and works perfectly. It's a great bag for the money.

This is a pretty great machine for the price. All the accessories are wonderful. The only thing I would change is making the mug press to accommodate a tumbler too. The movable back and forth bottom is very convenient. It heats up fast and is consistent on the entire surface. It presses evenly. I would recommend this for anyone starting their own small home business or for hobbies.

I originally ordered the pink heat press. At first it was working then it seemed to have issues. I reached out to customer service to figure out maybe it was something I was doing wrong. I email right away from Cindy who was more than helpful and told me not to worry about it and sent me out a brand new heat press. This customer service was top tier. Thank you Cindy for being so helpful and understanding. Other than the issue I had the way the heat press worked was amazing, temp seemed to be right on point, sturdy and super easy to use. Just by customer service alone I would repurchase from this company.

Had to wait for my package to arrive delayed still don't know the reason because I have Prime...anyway. Everything was in the box that definitely was dropped but I haven't find any scratch or malfunction. The only thing is that the display was not glued to the machine and I put it in place, but still it falls. So every time I'm going to use the machine I have to set it in place. But overall, it works fine. I hope nothing goes wrong later on. Must add that the driver was so kind and helpful carrying the box(it was very heavy) inside the house front door, I didn't asked him to, but I'm very grateful because I'm recovering from hand surgery and I wouldn't be able to get that box inside. So, THANKS, You're the best!

Good for the size! I love the color and it matches perfectly with my cricut it heats very fast!
