I bought the set with two Slick Collars in it for the same price as one. One is a bit smaller than the other. The Slick Collar worked best for me with the dress shirt I was wearing. A shirt with a thicker platen or the stiffeners in the platen in combination with the Slick Collar would have been great, but I was short on time. I also replaced the plastic shirt stays with metal ones. The open collar look was not perfect, but was pretty good.

This was a bit confusing at first, since the instructions were not immediately comprehended.Tried them with dress shirt, then polo shirt. Both worked good, just need to adjust to your comfort and neck size. You you will need to chance from shirt to shirt though depending how many you order and frequency you wear dress shirt or polo’s.I was pleasantly surprised how different / professional a polo looked. It really made a difference and nobody will know, but will notice you look polished and squared away.Additionally, this came with several regular collar stays, which will replace any others you may have and are worn out.Overall for me, it will work. It will take a minute to get comfortable getting it right, same as a tie… getting it right takes a minute unless you nail it the first time.

I tried this on several polos and oxfords and it doesn't work for these shirts. Maybe is my neck size, not sure, they have three sizes but I still can't make it look like the website. Unfornutly I'm going to have to return this item, I'm going to have to rely on more starch in my collars

I feel like I should’ve bought these sooner! Idk what it is, but this product gives me so much confidence because I know my collar will stay looking sharp all day. The only complaint I have is that it sometimes slightly shows under some of my collars. The outside has rubber which grips most shirts, so if you position it correctly it should mostly stay hidden. Highly recommend.

This was one of those things I didn't even know I needed and didn't even think would really work. Much to my surprise it works quite well and I look all the better for it. It is fully adjustable and very sturdy. Just put it around your neck and fold your collar down over it and like magic your collar stays up. This is perfect for guys that wear dress shirts without a tie. It did move a little bit, meaning it started to slide to one side and poke out a little, but once I realize that I just made sure to check it every couple hours and push it back which you can do without unfolding your collar again. This was a great purchase.
