I do like these on smooth floors and carpet in my home. But, they are NOT functional on floors at Planet Fitness. I think because their floors have some type of rubber in them.The main purpose of my purchase was to be able to use them at Planet Fitness. So I am very disappointed in the functionality but the cost/price is good.

I got these to keep up with PT exercises at home. I grabbed because I needed 4 and these were cheap. These didn’t slide super well and it’s awkward to try and keep my feet on the tiny disks. Stopped using.

They don't slide very well. furniture sliders work better.

They do not glid across carpet well. If you're using for therapy or excersise routine you'll get same results with a folded hand towel on any floor surface except carpet.
