Square shower mat works well in walk in shower & doesn't move. Mat arrived folded but within 2 days was flat with warm water & standing on it.

I ordered this shower stall mat to replace an older one that had worn out. This mat is about the same size as the old one, perhaps an inch smaller. It’s large enough to do the job, though. A key difference about this mat compared with my old one is this mat has a couple hundred bubbles on the surface for mild texture. Each bubble acts like a small suction cup to secure the mat to the shower floor. It slid around when I first put it down until I pushed a few of the bubbles down at each of the margins. It was then secure and did not move around while I stood on it. I selected this mat because it is also machine washable. Water seems to drain well and, unlike the reports of others, it has no smell. I bought the transparent mat, so maybe the colored ones have an odor, but this one does not. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase.

The mat works great. It fits area perfectly. It stays in place. We have it in our RV shower. But it stinks like rotten rubber. We have had it in the sun trying to get off gas smell to lesson but no luck. After 8 months it still smells. I am going to replace it with something else!

I almost didn’t order this because some of the reviews weren’t good. I’m so glad I ignored them because this little mat fits perfectly in my shower and has plenty of suction to stay put, even when I pick it up and slap it onto the shower wall to drain after my shower. I’ve had it for almost a month now and I’ve had no problems with it whatsoever. It’s comfortable to stand on, I don’t slip and slide while rinsing shampoo, conditioner and soap. I haven’t had to clean it yet, it still looks fine and it drains well while suctioned to the shower wall. I have a fiberglass shower which has smooth walls. There’s a little bit of slight texturing (I guess) on the shower floor but have no problem with the mat not suctioning to it. Having said that, we put that shower in 40 years ago and this is the first time we’ve ever used a mat on it. The shower floor is twice is large as the mat, but there is a bench on one end so this mat fits perfectly in the space.Everything I was looking for at half the price of the competitor. Zero smell by the way, I don’t know what that was all about. 2 Thumbs Up!!!

I ordered this non slip shower mat and was pleased with the look and feel of the product. Durable with suction cups throughout and the drain area was not a cut out so to me the mat looks better. I have a similar product for the bath tub and find it easy to clean and comfortable to stand on. I wish it came in different sizes as not all showers are the same size. Overall a nice product.
