This was perfect!!! I love that it fit in the bowl I already have, instead of buying another one that, to be honest, wouldn’t have matched my decor. It worked like a charm, my basset hound ate much slower than he usually does. It also has a suction on the bottom, so I’m considering using it with some peanut butter during nail trims/bath time. Will keep using for sure!!

I was hesitant for getting this but figured it was worth a shot. My dog tea destroyed the plastic slow feeders. This works wonderfully and so far it has stayed inside the metal dog dish. The suction is awesome!

Very useful. I like it because it is flexible, it adapts to the size of the container and sticks to it, it is not very deep and it is easy to clean.

The Slow Feeder Bowl Insert is exactly as described. The suction cups on the bottom really holds it in place. We bought the slow feeder because our Boxer has a habit of gobbling down her kibble without chewing and then it would come back up a few minutes later. The slow feeder insert keeps her from doing that. Being a Boxer she has a short muzzle and I was worried that with the insert in the bowl she wouldn't be able to reach food at the bottom of the bowl, but it's very flexible. She and our Miniature Schnauzer have no problem with that.Our food & water bowls are 8 inches across at the bottom and 4 inches deep. I wish the insert was taller than 1⅜ (3.5 cm) so more food could be put in the bowl at a time. But that's just my preference, not at all the fault of the product, description, or seller.With all of that being said, I very highly recommend this product!(There are 2 cups of kibble in the 3rd picture.)

It gets the job done. My dog is no longer making choking sounds while eating her food. Once I pour the food I don't have to baby sit her while she's eating. 🙂

The feeder insert is good quality silicon and appears to be made well. The suction cups work really well and keep it firmly attached to the bottom of the bowl. My issue is that my dog had a hard time getting the kibble from the outer fin sections as you can clearly see from the post-feeding pic. It did slow his eating down a bit, but left too much kibble which in my opinion, is too wasteful for every day use.
